After being actively engaged in the defense of products liability, personal injury, premises liability and general liability claims for 23 years, and also being one of the founding partners of Lombardi, Loper & Conant, LLP, on January 1, 2007, Mr. Lavdiotis became Of Counsel to the firm and commenced a full-time arbitration and mediation practice.  He brings to that practice his litigation experience of many years as well as extensive mediation experience which he has developed over the past several years.  He has successfully mediated hundreds of tort and contract cases.
