Mr. Hosking is a litigation partner in the firm.  Since 1992, he has devoted the majority of his practice to the defense of physicians and hospitals against claims of professional malpractice. Other significant areas of practice include defense of design professionals in construction defect cases and defense of general liability claims against a variety of individuals, small companies and corporations.

Mr. Hosking has handled bench trials before state and federal courts, as well as numerous binding and non-binding arbitrations.
