Ms. Giquinto is a litigation associate whose practice emphasis is medical malpractice defense, employment law and general liability.

Prior to joining Lombardi, Loper & Conant in August 2006, Ms. Giquinto was an associate with the Los Angeles firms of Law + Brandmeyer, LLP and Bonne, Bridges, Mueller, O'Keefe & Nichols.  A native of Stockton, California , Ms. Giquinto graduated in 1996 from UCLA with a B.A. in History.

She received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003.  While at USD, she was active in the San Diego Mediation Center and Center for Public Interest Law.  In the summer of 2001, Ms. Giquinto interned at the National Senior Citizens Law Center in Los Angeles, California , where she coauthored an article highlighting the rights and obligations of consumer demand for accommodations in health care facilities based on medical condition.
