Mr. McCaffery is a litigation partner active in construction litigation, the representation of credit unions ~ including numerous class action claims against credit unions, products liability, toxic torts and latent environmental claims.

Before forming Lombardi, Loper & Conant, LLP, Mr. McCaffery was a partner with Hardin, Cook, Loper, Engel & Bergez where he practiced since 1991.  Mr. McCaffery devotes a significant portion of his practice to construction related litigation, where he has represented developers, contractors, design professionals, suppliers and private homeowners in connection with construction defect claims in residential and commercial construction.

Mr. McCaffery also represents and counsels a national window manufacturer against such claims.  Additionally, he handles claims arising from construction site and industrial related injuries.
In his practice, Mr. McCaffery represents and he has successfully defended numerous credit unions throughout Northern California against a variety of claims from general liability and employment claims to consumer lending class action claims.

Mr. McCaffery's practice also involves representing various clients against toxic torts and latent environmental claims in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County.
