Mr. Castillo is a litigation partner active in product liability, general liability, construction, and transportation litigation.  A significant portion of Mr. Castillo's practice involves product liability and general liability litigation, where he has represented retailers, suppliers, and manufacturers of heavy equipment, involving claims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. In addition, Mr. Castillo represents two large national corporations in the transportation field. 

Mr. Castillo is also involved in construction-related litigation, including the representation of developers, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners in connection with construction defect claims in residential and commercial construction.  Additionally, Mr. Castillo also handles personal injury claims arising from construction site and industrial related accidents.
