Mr. Castillo is a litigation partner specializing in transportation, product liability and construction litigation.  A significant portion of Mr. Castillo's practice involves product liability and general liability litigation, where he has represented retailers, suppliers, and manufacturers of heavy equipment, involving claims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. In addition, Mr. Castillo represents two large national corporations in the transportation field.  He has trial experience in transportation cases involving injuries to vehicle occupants in grade crossing accidents. 

Mr. Castillo is also involved in construction-related litigation, including the representation of developers, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers and homeowners in connection with construction defect claims in residential and commercial construction.  Additionally, Mr. Castillo handles personal injury claims arising from construction site and industrial related accidents.

Mr. Castillo has jury trial experience in both federal and state courts, and has handled numerous bench trials and binding arbitrations.
