Employment, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage Mr. Glaessner has mediated numerous disputes over the past several years, with particular emphasis on employment and professional liability suits, including errors and omissions claims involving insurance agents and brokers, and both first and third party coverage disputes. In addition to his private mediation and arbitration practice, he has served as a mediator for the Contra Costa County Superior Court for the past six years. In his twenty-five years as a trial attorney, Mr. Glaessner has specialized in employment litigation, and in complex insurance coverage, professional liability and reinsurance disputes. His employment lawsuits have given him substantial experience with issues involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, violation of the federal and state ADA laws, and wage and hour litigation. Fees $300 per hour (as of January 1, 2009). This fee is shared equally by the parties unless the parties have made another arrangement among themselves. There are no additional administrative charges. A deposit of $550 is to be paid two weeks prior to the mediation or arbitration hearing date. There is a 10-day cancellation policy. If the parties cancel the proceeding fewer than 10 days before its date, the $550 deposit will be forfeited.
