Ms. Stewart joined Rankin, Sproat, Mires, Reynolds, Shuey and Mintz in 2018 following thirty years of practicing litigation in diverse areas of personal injury, employment, real estate, business, insurance subrogation, and construction defect. She currently defends insureds in actions for medical and legal malpractice, personal injury, and property damage. Ms. Stewart has trial and appellate experience and has won several motions for summary judgment / summary adjudication, and for judgment on the pleadings.

Selected Representation:
- Successfully appealed a trial court’s order sustaining a demurrer without leave to amend in a real estate transaction matter in Riverside County.
- Obtained summary judgment on statute of limitation grounds for a sheet metal fabricator in subrogation action involving a large fire loss in Lake Tahoe area.
- Successfully moved for judgment on the pleadings on behalf of a general contractor in a large construction defect matter in Southern California.
