Ms. Lampasona joined Lombardi, Loper & Conant, LLP in 1999, and became a partner in 2015. Her practice includes the defense of product liability, general liability, and employment-related claims.

Ms. Lampasona’s practice has included the representation of clients in the medical transport, rental car, and hospitality industries, and designers and manufacturers of various consumer and industrial products. In employment-related litigation, Ms. Lampasona has represented public entities and private companies, as well as public and private educational institutions, both in civil actions, and in administrative actions involving the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing. Ms. Lampasona also has experience in advising and defending clients, including owners and tenants of large facilities and stadiums, regarding access issues and compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Originally from Massachusetts, Ms. Lampasona graduated from the University of California at Davis, receiving a B.A. in American Studies and a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to receiving her degrees, Ms. Lampasona participated in the University of California Washington D.C. program, and interned at the White House in the office of Vice President Al Gore. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Ms. Lampasona is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and DRI, and was selected for the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Representative Cases and Trial Results:

- Koepke v. Ford, et al.: Secured a defense verdict in a living mesothelioma asbestos case (second chair).
- Long v. San Francisco Forty Niners: Secured favorable appellate ruling following dismissal of underlying case on demurrer. (Long v. Forty Niners Football Co., LLC, (2019) 33 Cal. App. 5th 550)
- Nieves v. City of Oakland: Secured favorable appellate ruling following dismissal of underlying case on demurrer. (2016 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 8409 * | 2016 WL 6879282)
