Mr. Conant is a litigation partner whose practice includes the defense of product liability, general liability and professional liability claims. He has defended numerous industrial and consumer product cases, and he has supervised litigation in the western United States for nationally recognized clients in the transportation and hospitality industries.

Mr. Conant has extensive jury trial experience throughout Northern California, and he is a ten-year member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. Conant has successfuly defended catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of regional and national clients as well as various public entities. His practice has included the representation of designers and manufacturers of various consumer and industrial products including automobiles, conveyor systems, food processing equipment, agricultural machinery, and home appliances.

Mr. Conant also devotes a considerable portion of his practice to representation of clients in the school bus, ambulance, public transit, and hospitality industries. In construction-related litigation, Mr. Conant has represented civil engineers, architects, developers and contractors in connection with construction defect and property damage claims.
